Fundamental equipment for the good functioning of the entire park;

The Technology Park managing entity will be responsible for the maintenance of all common spaces and for the provision of complementary services to all present entities, namely:

• Library – specialized in ICT, Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship;
• Sports and Leisure Spaces – for the improvement of the life quality of the Park’s collaborators;
• Commercial Spaces – gym, restaurant areas and other commercial areas
• Accessibilities and Green Spaces – public roads, and parking lot; large area dedicated to green spaces.
